"One of the best ways to manage sugar is through your juices and smoothies. Although colorful smoothies are fun, it's best to always go green with your juices by adding lettuce, herbs and sprouts. This helps to balance the sugar, and provide more nutrients including protein. Another way is to make your own sauces and dressings. When it comes to savory foods, the devil is usually in the sauce with artificial additives and lots of sugar hidden inside."


Lynnette's incredible understanding of food has led her to create Superfood School and educate people on the benefits of a plant-based diet.
