Hi, I’m Katie Vigilante, and I love learning about health and wellness. I feel that if I’m lucky enough to have a mind that works and legs that can walk, then I need to show gratitude by providing my brain and body with the most love I possibly can. As a chatty extrovert, my curiosity has me constantly asking experts for answers to my many questions on health and wellness.

Through conversations, I realized so many people feel like exercise and nutrition is one big, messy fog that’s tough to navigate alone. That’s why I’m on a mission to satiate everyone’s curiosity. Join me in expanding our minds, seeking out best practices in health and wellness, and absorbing the best of what others have found.

How am I qualified for such an undertaking? My personal training certification, a spin instructor certification, two degrees from the University of Florida, and a wide network of really smart people. I want to make maintenance sexy. Striving to get a little better inch by inch is a grind, but it’s a good grind.
