EATS: Healthy Breakfast Burrito

Here’s a breakfast burrito that took me five minutes to make (while running around looking for a textbook I needed for class):

I’m not a huge recipe person. I’m all about buying healthy ingredients I know I love (shoutout Trader Joe’s), and just combining shit in random ways that looks ugly but tastes yummy.

If you ain’t talkin salsa I don’t wanna talk… I put Trader Joe’s Cowboy Caviar Salsa on everything. You should too.


Say cheese! I try to limit my dairy intake (will discuss this more in future issues). Buttttt to get my cheese fix and to get a few extra grams of protein in, I occasionally toss a Mini Babybel cheese into dishes I’m cooking.
