EATS: Keto Egg Salad

Ingredients
One avocado (bigger = betta)
3 smushed up hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt or mayo (not a huge taste difference, I swear)
Squirt of lemon juice
Any herbs you have lying around (parsley, dill, chives)
Lil sprinkle of salt & pepper
Preparation
In a medium bowl, mash up the avocado with a spoon until chunky. Stir everything and enjoy the yumminess.

Pro Tip: Make extra, because your friends and family will take forks and dive in.
