“When it comes to eating healthy and wisely these are the rules that I ask my clients to follow and follow myself:

- Eliminate all trans-fats and other “man made fats” such as margarine and shortening.
- Eat healthy fats, balance your omega 3 to omega 6 intake.
- Eliminate all processed foods.
- Eat a diet with high quality proteins.
- Favor plants over grains.
- Eat an antioxidant-rich diet to reduce inflammation.
- Avoid alcohol, juice, soda and sports drinks. Stick to water, tea and coffee.
- Make sure your vitamin D level is over 40 ng/ml.
- Eat probiotic food such as kefir. Fix your gut.
- Optimize your meal frequency based on your age, gender, and lifestyle. Young men tend to lose more fat with fasting, while young women tend to lose fat with frequent meals and steady blood sugar. I recommend that everyone keeps the eating window at 12 hours or less for the body to be able to do its repairs and elimination of unnecessarily things more easily.”
